Say what needs doing. Plan across your whole business. You approve it.

Tap Ctrl twice anywhere, or Ask on your phone. Type it, say it, or attach a photo or a file. The Concierge works out the steps across every part of Allwis, shows exactly what will happen, and does nothing until you confirm.

How it works

1. Ask

In your own words, the outcome rather than where to click: "What needs me this week?", "Set up the harvest dinner", "Can we claim the GST on the staff party?"

2. Check the plan

Every step is listed with the real records it touches: which customer, which invoice, which account, how much. Edit a step or drop it. Sensitive details are checked before anything reaches an AI model.

3. Approve

Nothing runs until you say so. Payments, tax returns and messages always stay with a person.

4. Done

The result links to every record that changed, and many steps can be undone. When an answer depends on your circumstances, one click sends it to your accountant to confirm.

What you can ask

Start with these. Each one is a single request, planned across your whole business and run when you confirm.

Ask your accountant

An answer to a tax question for your own country, checked against your records, and one click to send it to your accountant to confirm.

Your week, then your guest list

"What needs me this week?" It reads your calendar, overdue invoices and open work, builds a guest list from last month's dinner, and drafts a personal WhatsApp invite for each person to send from your own phone.

Sensitive? Keep it on your own hardware

It spots details like health information or tax file numbers and can keep the request on your own model.

What the Concierge won't do

  • Never acts without your OK. Every step is shown first.
  • Doesn't send money. A prepared payment waits for a person to release it.
  • Doesn't lodge or sign a tax return. At most it moves one to sign-off; a person does the rest.
  • Doesn't send your messages. WhatsApp invites open in your own WhatsApp, one by one, for you to send.
  • Doesn't rewrite your plan. A what-if is a draft scenario until you promote it.
  • Doesn't guess. Answers come from your own records, and when something can't be found it says so rather than filling the gap.

Your data stays where you decide

The Concierge checks a request for sensitive details, such as tax file numbers, bank details and health information, before anything is sent to an AI model. By default, a sensitive request stays on your own model, or is refused if you don't run one. Admins can instead block such requests outright, or warn and let the person decide. Admins also decide who may choose which model answers.

With a model on your own hardware set as your only AI, nothing leaves your network.
